Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
