Terms & Conditions (AGB)

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (§ 13 BGB).

§ 2 Contract Partner / Contract Conclusion

The purchase contract is concluded with [Your Name / Company Name].

By placing your order in our online shop, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. We confirm receipt of your order immediately by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation or deliver the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping

All prices shown include any applicable taxes. According to § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged.

Shipping costs: Free shipping on orders over €150. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

§ 4 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery times are stated on the respective product page. Unless otherwise specified, delivery within Germany takes 3–7 business days. International delivery may take longer.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If an item is defective, you are entitled to repair or replacement. If this is not possible, you may withdraw from the contract or request a price reduction.

§ 8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
